missing tilesloose light
i was not happy with a few things. the pool had tiles missing near the bar, it had sharp edges. also, there was a lose light in the swimming pool. i also noticed a plastic grate was cracked and the kids pool soft floor was lifted up. the hotel just isn't being maintained well, its gotten into bad shape.

I found the maintenance lacking. our room had a musty smell and showed its age with some chipped paint. the bathroom fixtures also seemed dated and worn. I expected better for the price.

The location was pretty convenient, being close to various shops and restaurants..
I encountered a beeping noise outside my room. It was continuous, day and night, and made sleeping difficult. I reported it, but nothing happened to resolve the issue. there was a 24-hour period without water in the hotel, so I couldn't shower after a day trip.

the resort has a grand swimming pool. my kids really loved it. the beds were super comfortable and spacious rooms were a great plus. khan baba, a halal restaurant, is located right down the street, it was very convenient for us
the breakfast was very nice but the seating area was not big enough for all guests. we found ourselves sitting outside in the sun because the awning was broken. the pools have loose tiles, broken tiles, sharp tiles and it's just an accident waiting to happen

The room was spacious. It provided ample room for luggage and movement. The provided air conditioning worked efficiently. It maintained a consistently comfortable temperature. The pools had different depths. They accommodated both adults and children. I appreciated the availability of the shuttle to the beach. It made access convenient.
The gym equipment seemed slightly outdated.

The hotel included three distinct pools. I observed that each pool offered various depths suitable for different age groups and swimming preferences. The main pool featured a slide and volleyball net offering fun activities. Plenty of loungers surrounded each pool.
